Review de los Pocket Wizards para Nikon por fstoppers.com

Hace ya tiempo que los usuarios de Nikon los estaban esperando y ha sido este año cuando la compañía americana se ha decidido a lanzar los Pocket Wizard compatibles con las cámaras réflex de Nikon.

Por el momento no había mucha información al respecto pero gracias la gente de fstoppers.com podemos saber algo más. Lo han hecho publicando un fantástico video donde analizan y muestran como trabajan con este material. Tengo que reconocer que me encantan este tipo de videos donde puedes ver como trabajan otros fotógrafos y los resultados de las fotografías, creo que es una buena forma de ir aprendiendo cosas, así que a partir de ahora iré publicando algunos videos de este tipo para compartirlos con vosotros.

Lee Morris explica en el blog que se alegraron cuando la compañía les envió varias unidades compatibles con Nikon, concretamente los modelos FlexTT5, MiniTT1 y AC3. Para hacer las pruebas, Morris se puso en contacto con Sigma, y pedió prestado un 800mm 5,6 para realizar sus tomas en cambio Patrick Hall se llevo todos los SB800 y SB80dx que tienen para hacer pruebas con múltiples flahes. Convierte el iPhone 4 en una cámara Nikon o Leica

Seguramente sois muchos los que conocéis la famosa funda para el iPhone 4 con la forma de la Leica M8, se trata de una fotografía de la cámara adaptada a las medidas y a la forma del iPhone 4 que con la suma de una funda Griffin Reveal podemos adaptarla sin problemas. Fue en el foro de macrumors a finales de Junio del 2010 cuando apareció esta idea, donde un forero explica como la hizo y facilita la imagen para que te la descargues. Tanto se movido la noticia que ya están comercializando la idea con otros modelos de cámaras como la Nikon S2 o la Leica M9...

Estas fundas (pegatinas) puedes encontrarlas en la tienda de Wingho_3542 de eBay, por unos 10 € mas una funda estilo la de Griffin transparente incluida. (A ver si se porta wingho y me manda un par de ellas por la publicidad). En esta misma tienda encontraras más Skins para el iPhone, como el de la clasica gameboy o una cinta cassette. Desde que vi la primera funda, tengo en mente hacer lo mismo pero con mi querida Lumix Lx3, a ver si saco un poco de tiempo y me pongo a ello.

Talleres Nikon, nuevas fechas.

Nikon acaba de anunciar las nuevas fechas para sus talleres prácticos de las cámaras reflex, que se impartirán en varias tiendas Fnac de la península.

He asistido a varios cursos de estos y puedo decir que no es un curso especializado pero es una buena oportunidad para conocer mejor nuestro equipo.  

En primer lugar se hace un repaso de TODO el menú de la cámara, donde siempre se descubre o te aclaran alguna función que no conocías. Si la cosa no se alarga y da tiempo, hacen un visita breve por el sofware de edición de nikon (Capture NX2), después hay un tiempo para preguntar y resolver dudas, incluso a veces  se generan debates entre los asistentes, buena opción para conocer opiniones de otros usuarios de Nikon.  Así que no os perdáis la oportunidad de asistir a alguno de estos talleres.
